| Follow these instructions to complete the download and setup process. |
1. Download the "Media 5" app from the App Store to your smartphone. |

2. After the download is complete, go to "Media5". |
 |
3. Click "Custom SIP Setting" and input your username and password included in the confirmation email. |
 |
4. Set-up is complete. You can now call the 8-digit HomePhone+ telephone number. |
